Dr. Subasree S

Dr. Subasree S. is a Postgraduate in Periodontics with extensive experience in clinical practice, teaching, and research. She has performed over 500 regenerative periodontal flap surgeries and has advanced expertise in laser-assisted periodontal therapy, with more than 700 diode laser and 250 erbium laser procedures. She actively contributing to postgraduate education, clinical training, and interdisciplinary research.She is the founder and faculty of the Perio MasterCourse Series, a continuing dental education program focused on advanced surgical and laser techniques in periodontology. The program has gained international recognition, with participants from Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom attending in addition to postgraduate students and clinicians from across India. As a certified laser trainer, she has conducted over 10 certificate programs nationwide, fostering skill enhancement among dental professionals.Dr. Subasree is pursuing her PhD in Periodontal Regeneration using Copper Oxide Nanoparticles under an ICMR-funded project, with a focus on nanotechnology-based therapeutics. She has published around 40 peer-reviewed articles in reputed national and international journals, including high-impact contributions in Oral Radiology (Impact Factor 1.0) and Photodiagnosis and Photodynamic Therapy (Impact Factor 3.57).Her key academic and research interests include regenerative periodontology, implant dentistry, photodynamic therapy, nanotechnology applications in periodontal regeneration, and minimally invasive laser-assisted procedures.
